I’m a born-and-bred Hermanus girl, recently returned home after living in the UK for 30 years. My passion has always been people, and over the years I’ve owned a couple of restaurants where I discovered how much joy I find in creating memorable experiences. When I came across this beautiful property, I immediately knew it was something truly special – a place with a magical energy that brings peace and calm to everyone who visits. Turning it into a welcoming retreat felt completely natural, and it’s been such a joy to share it with guests. Outside of hosting, I love playing golf (though I don’t get nearly as much time for it as I’d like!) and walking along the beach with my girls – one of my favourite spots, just 10 minutes away. Hospitality is in my nature, and nothing makes me happier than seeing people feel at home, relaxed, and cared for.
