This spacious modern apartment is located on the coast of the Cape Peninsula, a walking distance to the Muizenberg beach and along an ocean view drive to the Cape of Good Hope, the most south-western point of the African Continent. Features include a fully furnished dining area that has a smart TV with free WiFi, Netflix and DSTV accounts. The dining area is adjoining spacious strip style kitchen and a bedroom with one of Cape Town’s most famous mountains and a nature reserve view. Separate bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Laundry room that contains a washing machine and a dryer. Outside facilities features a braai area, party/event room, swimming pool and multiple parking bays. This apartment is tastefully decorated in a modern style and has a modern complete kitchen utilities for self catering.
