4 on Varneys offers affordable and tranquil accommodation in Cape Town’s Green Point village, within a 15-minute walk to the V&A Waterfront, city centre and Sea Point promenade. Housed in a renovated, heritage Victorian building, all the rooms include air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is served on the sunny terrace. A small garden and inviting pool will make your stay relaxing. The mountain balcony offers panoramic views. Cape Town’s Green Point stadium and the Metropolitan Golf Club are within walking distance. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, pharmacy and a supermarket just around the corner.

My name is Maon and together with our fantastic staff we would love to welcome you to 4 on Varneys Guest House. I am passionate about our beautiful city and happy to offer advise on where to go and enjoy the sites. We also offer cycling tours to the advanced cyclist who wants to cycle the Peninsula.

4 on Varneys Guest House is LOAD SHEDDING FREE The guest house is personally managed to make sure that we attend to all our guests needs. The Guest House has recently undergone a complete make over to make our guests visits are more comfortable and enjoyable. We offer a delicious breakfast from a full buffet as well as hot options of eggs, bacon, and sides. Guests are encouraged to make use of the garden and swimming pool. Our house is small enough to make sure your needs are taken care of and yet large enough to make sure you get the privacy that you want. 4 on Varneys is in a heritage Victorian house that has the beautiful old style but yet renovated with all the modern amenities. We have three floors so please request a lower floor if you feel that is more suitable to your needs. We look forward to hosting you.

We are located in Green Point, opposite the Cape Town Stadium in a quiet road. With restaurants and cafes and bakeries around the corner as well as a pharmacy, supermarket and 24hr pizzeria we are perfectly situated to cover all our guests needs. The Waterfront and city center is a 15 minute walk . The Sea Point promenade is just a ten minute walk. Grab the hop on off bus and see the city.
