Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The home includes 2 full bathrooms with outside showers and 2 ensuite half bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone. A cozy loft with two mattresses is perfect for kids. The open-plan design creates a seamless flow from the indoor living area to the outdoor space through large stacking doors. Relax in the spacious lounge, featuring a 75-inch Crystal UHD smart TV or enjoy quality time outdoors in the braai area or by the pizza oven. Two of the bedrooms also have smart TV's for added convenience and entertainment. The fireplace in the lounge adds warmth for cooler evenings, while the outside area is perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation. Paradise Beach is a suburb of Jeffrey's Bay and was recognized in 2018 by CNN as one of the best beaches globally with reefs perfect for scuba, opportunities for wind and kite surfing and some excellent fishing spots. Being adjacent to a semi-nature reserve and conservancy you will find bushbuck walking around, they often visit the property next to us, Porcupine, Mongooses, Tortoises and hundreds of bird species. Access to Paradise Beach is over the See Koei River where you will see the local Flamingoes. Jeffrey's Bay is a short 8-10 minute drive with some of the best restaurants, Shopping Centres, Surfing Village and the World Renowned surfing beach, Super Tubes where the surfing championship takes place in July.
