Situated between California Avenue & SW Hanford St, this townhome is within walking distance of a vibrant array of shops, restaurants, & entertainment options. Either enjoy outdoor neighborhood or spend your time at private balcony attached to master bedroom. You are only 7 mins drive to Alki beach 15 mins from Downtown Seattle 18 mins from International Airport
