Your stay comes with a free membership to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, providing you an all-access pass to a resort-style pool, hot tub, sand-bottom area, and water slide for kids, as well as a fully-equipped gym facility fitted with cardio machines, weights, yoga studio, basketball courts, and tennis courts. Continue to explore the area by checking out Kipu Ranch Adventures, the Holo Holo Charters, the Wailua Golf Course, and the plethora of delicious, authentic Hawaiian eateries. As soon as you walk inside the sunlit interior of your retreat, you will feel at home. Keep the sliding doors open to allow the warm breeze to drift in as you lounge on the soft sofa in the living room, tuned into your favorite TV show. When hunger arises, don your chef's hat and cook amongst the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen. Your culinary creations can be served at the formal dining table or breakfast bar. New mini-split air-conditioning units were recently added to the living room and all bedrooms. The primary bedroom provides a hideaway with sprawling living quarters, balcony access, and spa-like en suite bathroom. Dip into the finer things in life as you sink into the warmth of the bathtub or sit with your loved one, sipping on your ritual cup of coffee on the private balcony. The rest of the bedrooms are just as comfortable, all adorned with soft linens and ample natural lighting. This home also has a private washer/dryer in the garage. (The garage is not accessible for parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
