Take morning walks through the world-famous rhododendron garden at Hendricks Park half a mile east, grab a seat to watch the USA Track & Field Championships or the Olympic trials at Hayward Field half a mile north, and root on the Oregon Ducks football team each fall at Autzen Stadium two miles north. Built in 1935, this home is casual, comfortable, and an ideal retreat for a family of Oregon alumni. Spend your mornings hiking part of the 12-mile Ridgeline Trail in Hendricks Park, and return home to whip up pancakes in the full kitchen (with a dishwasher), grab a change of clothes from the washer/dryer, and use the free WiFi to read the sports section outside on the deck and patio. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
