Beautiful downtown cottage within walking distance to Historic Downtown Beaufort, Bay St, waterfront and marina. This cozy cottage has just undergone a full and complete renovation! Absolutely stunning in every regard, you will love that this home is close to city parks, shopping and waterfront Bay Street with all of it's restaurants, shops and marina! Four (4) miles to Parris Island MCRD! Only 15 mins to stunning Hunting Island State Park. Close to everything! Enjoy all that Beaufort has to offer! You will not be disappointed!!

Pigeon Point Neighborhood is quiet, quaint, safe and very family oriented. Super close to beautiful downtown Beaufort, Bay Street, shopping, restaurants, waterfront, parks, boat launch and all Beaufort has to offer. Not to mention just a short 15 min drive to Hunting Island State Park and Fripp Island! You will not be disappointed with this home and location!!
Getting around is easy to do...Whether you decide to ride a bicycle or walk to historic downtown you will love this location! And don't forget to bring your boat with boat launch just a few blocks away into the Beaufort River and intercostal waterways.
