Tybee Beach Club 125, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with access to swimming pools with easy access to the beach and an on-site restaurant, The Deck, just steps away from your door. This nicely furnished condo offers an open floor plan living and dining area with stunning ocean views. The living area opens to the balcony and a flat-screen TV. It also features a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The balcony offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and the ocean. There is also a dining table that will seat 2 and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances along with a stacked washer and dryer. The Primary bedroom offers a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and offers access to the second full bath with a tub/shower combo which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI Internet is available. This condo is located on the second floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and a local favorite restaurant, home to Tybee's only oceanfront dining. The building includes elevator access. This condo is pet-friendly. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Library, and a local YMCA. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area.
