Residing in a quiet Villas Community overlooking Lake Livingston, our home is fully equipped with all the amenities & convenience you would want to unwind and relax. Living/dining room & balcony face sun-set lake view; Both bed/bathrooms have open, private & peaceful green hill view; Spacious & shady backyard with firepit & BBQ grill. Our guests have the entire space for your own. Our townhouse consists of 2 bed and 2 bathrooms overlooking the green pine hill. The downstairs bedroom has one king bed, working desk, ensuite full bath and his & her vanity. This bedroom has double French door open to the spacious, shady and relaxing backyard with furniture, swing, sink, firepit, charcoal grill and lots of pine trees. The upstairs bedroom has one queen bed and twin bunk beds. It also has ensuite full bath and walkin closets. The spacious living room, full size kitchen with dining area are overlooking Lake Livingston. The living room has double French door open to the bug-free patio fully covered by screen door. All beds featured new medium firm memory foam mattresses with protection, comfortable pillows, bedsheets and duvets. While we can provide the essentials such as water filter, shampoo, detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels,for your convenience, we suggest you to bring the prefered products. Our guests access the front door with keypad code provided prior arrival. There are two more doors to enter the house, one from the backyard and another from the left side, through the orange iron gate. However these door can not be unlocked from outside. Our community offers large, unheated swimming pool, kids playground and pavilion area with many picnic tables. The pool access key can be found after entering the house. Guests can also use the golf course, boat ramp and bike trail without a fee.

Waterwood is an incorporated resort and retirement community consisting of primary residences, second homes, golf course, undeveloped residential lots, and private property tracts. It offers the peaceful and natural beauty with pine forest, golf course, bike trail along the scenic Lake Livingston. Waterwood is located at the junction of State Hwy 980 and The Waterwood Parkway along the northwestern shore of Lake Livingston in northern San Jacinto County, Texas. It is approximately 27 miles from the cities of Huntsville and Livingston, and about 80 miles north of Houston. Houston‘s Bush Intercontinental Airport is located about 75 miles south of Waterwood. Lake Livingston is about 39 miles long and 2-7 miles wide with 450 miles of shoreline. It’s a good lake for fishing (bass, catfish, stripers, and crappie) as well as recreational boating activities. (-- from WatherwoodWIA website). Our house is set in a remote neighborhood with 9 unique Spanish style townhouses. Our front parking can fit 4 vehicles (2 covered and 2 uncovered). While you can walk or bike around the neighborhood to enjoy the nature and scenic views, you will need to use your cars for: - 5 minutes to the marina and public boat ramp - 5 minutes to the community pool and kids playground - The closest grocery store/restaurant/gas station is approximately 15 min away. We suggest to bring your own food, charcoals (if you will use the grill), logs (if you will use the firepit) and do your shopping prior to arriving to the house. (Note: you don't need to drive to the public boat ramp to load the Kayaks and SUP. You can just walk cross the street, to the LEFT, for about 50 yards to load the boats from the natural / common area boat launch - **But not the private home's dockside across street).
