Farragut State Park is full of beauty and history. The US Navy has it's aquatic research center in Bayview. You may see a submarine if you're lucky. If you go to Sandpoint you can find another lovely small town offering shops and dining. Schweitzer ski resort is minutes away from downtown Sandpoint. Having parties of any kind is not allowed since we have neighbors, rules and respect for each other. Please be mindful of noise and quiet time is between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. There is an extra propane tank on the lowest level in case the tank on the fire pit table runs out. We do allow dogs (NON-SHEDDING) but please keep them off the furniture. :-). Dogs are also not allowed to be left alone and must be with guests at all times. Please make sure to turn down the heat, turn off the a/c in the summer, close the front door and turn off lights when you leave.
