Big House-sleeps 12-17 w/heated pool, hot tub & tiki bar. 5 min to beach & fun. Spacious, bright clean house perfect for large groups. Sleeps 12 - 17 guests. So fun and relaxing: has large heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, gas grill and out door seating at teak tables with umbrellas. This pool patio area is perfect for dinners and evening fun for the whole gang, or a great place to swim, soak in the hot tub or lounge in the sun or shade. Great location - you are just 2 minutes to one of the best ocean beach parks (has "I Dream of Jeannie Way" to commemorate the 1970's sit com that was filmed in Cocoa Beach, showers, picnic areas, and a food truck). You are only a 5 minute drive to Cocoa Beach restaurants, Ron Jon surf shop and the pier. Tired from a day at the beach? Chill out in the air conditioning watching Netflix, Hulu or local channels on the 70" television in living room. Want some alone time to recuperate? There are TV's and black-out curtains in every bedroom. Free hi-speed WiFi Internet and on-site laundry. High quality furnishings, beds and linens throughout. Parking for 4 or more vehicles.
