Nestled in oaks, pines and decades old rhododendrons that blanket the landscaping. The home is an architectural gem and is regularly frequented by Deer, Turkey and the Owl. Deer Dune is Nestled in the trees on a quiet secluded no outlet street. Close to amenities with a far away relaxed feel. A perfect retreat for reading, writing, meditation, yoga, fireside chats, rejuvenation, and making memories with friends & family. Deer Dune is close to beaches, boating, Art Galleries, restaurants, spas, and boutiques in towns of Douglas & Saugatuck. Walking distance to Douglas beach on Lake Michigan and biking distance to Oval Beach on Lake Michigan. We are about 4 blocks from Lakeshore drive. Allowing access to Douglas Beach and great views of Lake Michigan. Other towns are within driving distance Fennville, South Haven, Holland, Grand Rapids. Guests will hear and see wildlife and on windy days hear Lake Michigan from the house. Perfect location for reunions, holidays, getaways, special occasions, romance, honeymoons, retreats, creative souls. Guests will enjoying walking, running, or bicycling to beach and or town. Driving may be is preferred for some to get to town especially with small children. We have driveway parking for 4 cars. No on street parking.
