Off the kitchen is the perfect place for the kids to play board games. There are two bedrooms and one full bath downstairs. Upstairs, you find two more bedrooms and a full bath. This home also has two sleeper sofas. This local family home is decorated in authentic glass fishing floats, shells, ship models, shipwreck pictures, and other nautical decor sure to set the mood. It's a true Seaside home! Outside is a deck overlooking the river, complete with patio furniture. You'll also find a covered patio, great for a family BBQ, picnic, or morning cup of coffee. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
