The Lake House is located on number six the perfect location, close to downtown Columbia, the shopping mall area. It is not located in a neighborhood. Although I do have neighbors. You cannot get any closer to Columbia and be on the lake from this property. The Lake house is located on a high traffic road, a half a mile to Publix, Walmart, Food Lion, etc.. The marinas are very close by land or water. The Lake House does not disappoint
