Located in the town of Tisbury, this home is just a short distance away from the shores of Lagoon Pond, where guests may launch boats from various docks, or bring beach chairs and towels for a day in the sun. This home is in a residential part of town, giving it a quiet local feel. This home is warm and cabin-like on the outside, yet vast and welcoming on the inside. Multiple sitting rooms - including an enclosed sun porch - two dining rooms, a large kitchen, and a playroom offer a venue for every kind of socializing from sipping wine and chatting in your Sunday best to watching movies or a sports game in sweat pants. This home comes fully equipped to entertain guests of all ages with WiFi, cable, a Blu-ray DVD player and VCR, a CD player, and several age-appropriate board games and books. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
