We have been visiting the area for years for winter and summer activities, after having a baby we decided to purchase a home to make it a family vacation, and we would like to share our home with others who want to visit the area and enjoy the activities!

This space is unique that it is a perfect location to spend a vacation at the Jersey shore with extended family or friends! The Boathouse is designed so when you enter there are two individual “apartment” like spaces. If you proceed to the left there is a kitchen, living room, dining space, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. If you proceed to the right there is a separate kitchen, living room, one bath and two bedrooms. What a unique way to have your own individual space but enjoy spending your vacation with friends and family! This home does have a separate unit in the back that could be rented together if you should need additional space for your vacation. However, keep in mind that there are shared spaces if the other unit is rented. The shared spaces include the Casino Pier Game Room, as well as the outdoor area. PARKING: 1 driveway spot Pets are welcome, but there is an additional 150 for your stay. Must be over 25 yrs old to book. 2 car garage is not available to guests Property requires ability to climb stairs, access is up a flight of stairs
