This spacious and thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat is ideal for long-term stays, families, business travelers, or anyone looking to enjoy comfort, convenience, and a great location. The home is set up like an informal duplex. You’ll have full, private access to the main areas of the house—including all bedrooms upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a serene backyard. One bedroom on the first floor is separated and locked off, as I live there and access it through a completely separate entrance via the garage. Our spaces are fully private from each other, and you’ll have your own primary entrance to enjoy the home freely. Upstairs, all bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep, and one room doubles as a home office with a desk and chair, making it easy to work remotely. Downstairs, unwind in the bright and spacious living room with an 85" smart TV, or head upstairs to the game room, which features a 75" TV, books, and board games—perfect for relaxing or spending time with loved ones. Step outside into the peaceful backyard oasis featuring cozy seating under a canopy, benches, string lights, and a calming water fountain. It’s the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet evening outdoors. For parking, you're welcome to use the right side of the driveway—the side next to the sidewalk leading to your main entrance—or park directly in front of the house on the street. Dutch Bros coffee is right next door, and you’re within walking distance to great restaurants and just under a mile from HEB. The Domain is only 15 minutes away, and downtown Austin is a quick 20-minute drive.
