We love to have a project going somewhere at any one of the houses. We love to travel and watching movies, has been a new past time. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. We can offer references to local business's and services you may need while staying. From Haircuts, Real Estate agents, Photography to Massage! Just ask! Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a per pet fee, please inquire for details.

Step back in time with this beautiful 1900s historic home. Recently finishing renovations to include all the modern amenities, this beautiful home has a brand new kitchen, and 3 full bathrooms. With two comfy king sized beds, one queen, a tranquil garden room, pool table room for fun and play, and a cozy living room. Dogs are welcome here for a pet fee. Please see the 'About the host' section for our full pet policies. *Please note correct pricing depends on correct guest count* This listing comprises the entire main floor and top floor of home. Please note there is a basement unit (with a separate entrance) that may be rented out during your stay as well as an ADU friendly carriage house in the back. Please inquire about renting more units at once, we can help! For all guests' comfort we do set quiet hours between 10am and 7am. There are two other units on property so the driveway is on a first come, first serve basis with the option of reserving it for a fee. If there are multiple inquiries, priority goes to our ADU Friendly carriage house. Located across from an elementary school &part of the Historic Monteith District Tour, this home is a beautiful testament of quality construction and elegance brought back to life. Neighbourhood information

Downtown Albany is a unique and historic place. You will see many cute shops, boutiques, and antique stores. The antiquity of the historic downtown is what makes it special. Being very walkable, you are free to park your car and explore the 100's of shops, restaurants, museums, live theaters, and the historical Carousel and Museum. With the Willamette river nearby, Monteith River-park is home to summer's River Rhythm concert series.
