I am currently a lawyer and a former Program Manager who worked for the FBI. we have been hosting for 5 years and we are blessed to have one more place to offer my returning guests, as well as some new ones. Guests are sent instructions on how to check into the house (keypad) as well as all the amenities in the house available for your use while staying after the house is booked! One block to 6 mile bike & nature trails, basketball, tennis, playground, Carowinds (perfect for all ages!) and 20 minute to downtown charlotte. you will stay and have access to the entire of unit 2: 1bed/1bath, Landry room and kitchen. all units have separate entrance, both units does not share any room. IMPORTANT NOTICE: (Strict NO PARTY No Events. Not to mention, this trail connects several parks, recreational facilities, shopping and dining areas, gardens, and public art pieces! Uptown Charlotte is only a fifteen minute drive/Uber ride. Or, If transit is more your taste, Multiple stations for the light rail system (Blue Line) are within a short driving distance, as well as various bus routes!
