A few of the highlights of this home include: -Sleeps up to 14 comfortably -Hot tub is professionally serviced (which is rare in our area) and available year round -Game room with ping pong, pool table (full size), arcade, Xbox, and more -Life sized chess board -Multiple new smart tvs -2 indoor wood fireplaces, 2 outdoor propane firepits -Propane BBQ Grill and Wifi -Lots of outdoor seating to soak in the surroundings (National Forest Land surrounds most of the home, giving you a true nature experience) The entire home has been fully updated with new furniture, fixtures, beds, and more.  Bedding Configuration is as follows: Bedroom #1- King Bed Bedroom #2- Two bunk beds (4 single beds total) Bedroom #3- Queen Bed Bedroom #4- Queen Bed Living Room- 2 West Elm sleeper sofas, with rollout twins under each (bedding provided) Please note Bedroom #4 is located in the converted garage/game room. It has full privacy and its own heating and A/C unit, and IS connected internally to the rest of the house. Perfect for someone wanting more privacy or a fun room for the kids to stay! The entire home is on one level with a small step to enter the home, and a small step to get into the game room, making the home very elderly friendly!
