365 Blue Vacations is the short term rental company I started after working in Corporate hospitality for over 26 years. I am originally from Colorado and have called Breckenridge my home for the last 26 years. Working for several large resorts in Breckenridge, I started 365 Blue Vacations to work directly with owners to rent their fractional ownership week. My goal is to provide guests a headache free vacation so that you can focus on spending time at quality resorts while creating memories.

With the Independence SuperChair only steps away, you have easy access to over 2,200 acres of ski terrain. The Grand Lodge is also located on the BreckConnect Gondola route at the Peak 7 turn station, giving you direct access to Peak 8 and downtown Breckenridge. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is conveniently located at the base of Peak 7 in Breckenridge. Most travelers fly into Denver international Airport (DEN) and the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). Both DIA and Colorado Springs airport are an easy shuttle ride or drive up the mountain to Breckenridge. While some guests rent a car, the more popular option is to take an airport shuttle.
