It is a duplex-style property with a completely separate attached studio apartment*. Both have private entry/exits and separate parking. The attached studio apartment does not have access to the pool or grill area. SHARED AIRBNB: Our property features a family-friendly Airbnb* that shares access only to the pool and grill area. This Airbnb has its own private entry/exit and parking. If you need to accommodate additional friends or family, you can rent this space in addition to your stay. Right off the bat the first thing I noticed about the neighborhood is that although it’s older it actually is a GEM of a location. First off the golf course across the street and the neighborhood there on the water is amazing. There are two really great parks in the neighborhood also. As well as a childcare center in the neighborhood. Other than that, the area is great five minutes away from fine dining and waterfront views!
