The Space
Our home is beautifully located in the heart of Sandwich, MA, right on Route 6A — close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the area’s most popular beaches, such as Sandneck and Boardwalk.
The house features 5 spacious bedrooms: 2 upstairs, each with two full-size beds, and 3 on the main floor — one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. Every room is furnished with new white wooden beds, high-quality linens, comforters, pillows, and blankets to ensure a cozy and restful stay.
There are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor, including a bathtub for relaxing soaks. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook your favorite meals: a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich/waffle maker, plus a full set of cookware, glasses, wine glasses, cups, plates, and silverware.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a charming patio area with a firepit — perfect for gathering with family — along with a barbecue grill and outdoor shower.
Free parking is available for up to 8 cars, a great bonus for guests.

Your host, Fagner, is a dedicated builder who takes great pride in creating comfortable and welcoming spaces for guests. He absolutely loves living in Cape Cod and enjoys sharing everything this unique region has to offer.
When he’s not working, Fagner can often be found relaxing at the beach, boating along the Cape’s scenic coastlines, or enjoying a fun game of ping pong. He’s also a big fan of football — especially when the New England Patriots are playing!
