This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, beach apartment is fully stocked, giving you all the conveniences of home, with the luxury of a vacation getaway! It features a memory foam queen bed, a convertible sofa bed, bath & shower combo and bidet. The full kitchen is stocked with cookware and breakfast items. Wi-Fi, high speed internet, Netflix, and Amazon Fire are included. The home can accommodate up to four adults (two on the queen bed and two on the sofa bed). We live nearby and are available if you need anything during your stay. We try to give our guests their space and privacy so we will likely only contact you when necessary to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. There is one off-street parking space available for our guests, which is located directly in our underground parking garage. Additional free street parking is available. As with any beach city, you may have to search awhile and walk a few blocks. Please check signs for street sweeping schedule to avoid a ticket. Exterior surveillance cameras are installed at the front door and patio for security. Noise monitors (decibel only) are also installed to protect the peace of our neighbors.

This perfect location offers easy access to the Convention Center in Downtown Long Beach and the shops at 2nd Street in Belmont Shore. Being nestled right between Los Angeles and Disneyland makes it a vacationer's dream. A car is recommended, however there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber is also a good option if you plan to stay within Long Beach. Staying here will put you in the middle of everything! Business travelers: Downtown Long Beach, convention center and Long Beach airport are minutes away. You will also be nestled right between both Los Angeles and Orange County, so you get the best of both worlds! Vacationers: You are right near the beach! You'll find running paths, biking, restaurants, museums, shopping, boating, nightlife or a quick trip to Catalina Island. We are also centrally located to all Southern California's famous theme parks.
