Cook tasty meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The bunk bed room makes fantastic use of space and can accommodate six guests. Sit on the deck and enjoy your unobstructed view of the beach. Plenty of outdoor gear is available for guest use including two kayaks, beach toys, corn hole, two bikes, and a boogie board. All in all, so much fun awaits at this cozy beach house. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties. Guests must use their own accounts to access TV streaming services. Beach Club bands will be 25 dollars per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club. The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
