This is an open, sunny, 1,167 sq ft condo that is surrounded by trees and backs up to Dollar Mountain. The upper level is a large, open great room. The kitchen has updated appliances and beautiful counter tops. There is a cozy nook by the window for chatting while you cook, or reading in the sun. The dining area has seating for six and the breakfast bar has room for two more. The living area is comfortably furnished with tasteful antiques, and has a gas fireplace and a 55" flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are on the lower level – the primary suite has a king bed, a private bath, and a large flat-screen TV. The guest room has bunkbed (twin beds) there is a full bathroom in the hallway. The loft provides additional sleeping with two twin beds. The condo includes 2 TVs, stereo, wireless internet access, washer/dryer. No gas or charcoal grills at this unit. A hot tub, sauna and pool are available for your use at the clubhouse. To help maintain this property, smoking or pets are not allowed.
