This brand-new ranch-style home boasts a unique getaway with its friendly on-site horses, coastal theme, and brilliant location. Upon arrival, be sure to reach out to the homeowner to coordinate photos and treat feeding with the horses. When you need a break from the sun, head inside the centrally air-conditioned interior where you'll quickly get comfortable. The bright living room boasts a soft sofa, gas fireplace, and large Smart TV. Steps from here, the full kitchen is lined with marble and stainless steel appliances. Next to this space, appreciate having access to a washer/dryer - keeping your swimsuits clean. The home's bedrooms are equally inviting with their nautical-themed mementos, soft linens, and plentiful storage space. The perks don't end there though! Outside, enjoy having access to a patio and gas grill. Beach gear is available for your days on the sand, and internet access ensures you can share all of your favorite vacation memories with ease. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
