With its wood-lined walls, beamed ceiling, rustic exterior, and oceanfront views, Shorepine Retreat has all the charm of a classic Oregon beach cabin, but all the modern amenities to make your studio stay downright luxurious. You’ll have the comfort of a leather sofa, woodstove, and flat-screen TV for cozy lounging, a small but updated and surprisingly well-equipped kitchen, dining space looking out to the sea, and a queen bed. A beautifully updated bath includes a slate-lined walk-in shower. But the best amenity is a deck across the ocean-facing side that will become an extension of the interior—you’ll want to spend all your time enjoying the sounds of the surf and sweep of the ocean sky. An easy walk will take you to miles of sandy, level beach and views of the Yaquina Lighthouse; hop in the car and arrive in minutes at the restaurants and shops of Nye Beach, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and the marina and quaint storefronts of the historic Newport Bayfront.
