The pool is wide-open to the South Western daylight exposure as the beautiful golf course meets up with the property line. The foreground highlights the San Jacinto Mountains and paints the blue valley sky with its remarkable peaks and ridges. The back patio is furnished with a dining table for six, and a nearby covered lounge area, making it an ideal place to enjoy meals with family or friends al fresco style. Once you've enjoyed watching the sunset behind the mountain ridge as the brilliant mixture of colors dissolve in the dark desert sky, cuddle up around the outdoor fire pit with a cup of hot cocoa or a glass of wine and share stories as the stars above come to life! THINGS TO KNOW -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -The utility deposit is 1 dollars,500 for 28 nights with 375 dollars added for each additional week the guest stays.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 99 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
