This stunning home offers an idyllic escape with sweeping panoramic views of Bear Lake. The grand upstairs deck, complete with a grill and outdoor dining table, provides the perfect setting for barbecues or simply savoring the breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky over the lake. You'll find a serene covered patio with a classic porch swing just beneath.
As part of your stay, guests of this home will have access to the Ideal Beach Resort. The Ideal Beach Resort offers a variety of amenities such as a private beach on Bear Lake, heated pools with diving boards, year-round hot tubs, dry saunas, an 18-hole mini golf course, an activity center for crafts, outdoor and indoor tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball, horseshoe pits, a playground, and a store featuring Farr's ice cream and a soda bar.
Just inside, luxurious modern fixtures and finishes meet comfy, homey furnishings throughout. You'll be greeted by a bright living space with large picture windows that frame the mountain and water views, bringing the outdoors in. It opens right into the eat-in kitchen - a chef's dream, adorned with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and a large breakfast bar. You will be ready to go with spices and pantry staples, along with an array of useful gadgets like a raclette, electric kettle, slow cooker, and teapot. Children's dinnerware and a high chair are available for your younger travelers.
Entertainment is elevated to a new level in this home with advanced hi-speed internet, as evidenced by the well-appointed downstairs recreation area featuring a foosball table and a big TV lounge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
