Enjoy all the natural light you could wish for with views of the Pacific Ocean from the front porch. The living space is open concept and makes spending time together as a group easy and fun. We offer Beach chairs, bikes for getting around and some boogie boards too! Walk through the back yard to the gated pool area and enjoy a dip in the pool or hot tub. There is a separate downstairs unit with a separate entrance occupied by a female tenant - there is no shared space except for the front gate and trash area.

The neighborhood is a small gated Community right across the street from Port Hueneme Beach Park and Hueneme Wharf Plaza. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There are side walks everywhere and walking or biking around is great. If you’re just getting around the neighborhood you can use the Bikes or even walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. There are tons of restaurants and activities in close proximity but driving is recommended.
