This beautiful oceanfront condo is a perfect spot for your next beach getaway. Boasting beach views, you'll be able to soak in the sound of the crashing waves while sipping your morning cup of joe! Located right between Surfside and Old Orchard Beach, you'll be surrounded by fun activities, entertainment, and shopping. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the condo! Palace Playland is a family-friendly amusement park with 28 rides and Maine's largest arcade and it's only half a mile away! The condo has everything you may need to feel right at home during your stay including a fully equipped kitchen and a private washer and dryer unit for laundry. There is plenty of seating for dining both inside and outside! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Located on the 3rd floor of a condo complex.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
