This beautiful unit has recently been updated! The living room has a flat-screen tv and queen-sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a Keurig & classic drip coffee maker, and is fully stocked. The master room has a king bed, flat-screen tv, and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower. The guest room features a king bed, flat-screen tv, balcony access, and private bath with a walk-in shower. Important Things To Note: Renters must be at least 25 years of age. A rental agreement is required for ALL reservations and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property. Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). According to the ADA "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities" "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

This Beachfront unit is located on the third floor of the Sandpiper complex in Gulf Shores. This property is within walking distance to Bahama Bob's & The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails; also, a short 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk to The Hangout and Main Beach. At Sandpiper you are close enough to the excitement of main beach but far enough out for some peace and quiet. From the intersection of Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd: take a right onto West Beach Blvd, continue straight for approximately 1 mile; property will be on the left (beachside).
