This unique mountaintop cabin is located on a small working farm. Nestled in the woods, it’s the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin and outdoor BBQ pavilion. Only 15 minutes from dining and shopping and 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, it’s the perfect mix of seclusion and modern conveniences. Enjoy music? There is an extra drum set and a couple of extra guitars hanging around and a karaoke set up so you can unleash your inner rock star! The cabin is on a 40 acre farm, and tours are available upon request. Our overly-friendly farm dog, Mya, considers it her responsibility to welcome all guests. Because introducing strange animals can be unpredictable, we have a strict no pet policy.

We know there are a lot choices for places to stay, and we appreciate you staying with us. We are retired and spend our days working around the farm and playing music. We’ve met so many nice people since opening the cabin for short term rental, we look forward to meeting many more!

The cabin is located outside the city limits of Bridgeport, Alabama on top of Summerhouse Mountain. The area is well known for fishing tournaments on the Tennessee River. Kimball, Tn is about 15 minutes away and has an assortment of restaurants and grocery stores, including a Super Walmart. Downtown Chattanooga, Rock City, and Lookout Mountain are about 45 minutes away. Scottsboro, Al -the home of the famous Unclaimed Baggage store - is about 30 minutes west. Russell Cave National Park is just at the bottom of our mountain, about a fifteen minute drive.
