Additionally upstairs, enjoy having access to a private washer/dryer, a balcony, and extra work areas. House Rules - This property does not allow parties. Visitors must vacate by 9 p.m. - The pool is open during the summer and is unheated. - The interior fireplaces are not functional. - There is parking for three cars available in the driveway. Three (3) is the maximum number of cars allowed at any time per HOA requirements. - Street parking is not allowed at any time. - The amount of guests staying needs to be accurately reported. Over-occupancy is never allowed and can result in eviction.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
