Please click the link below to learn more about our enhanced cleaning protocol. Cleaning Protocol **Please note that due to damages during Hurricane Sally, we cannot guarantee that all complex amenities are operable. **Major work going on during the next 6 months. Roof replacement. Beginning March 15, the contractor will place a large crane and create a lay-down area for materials on the northeast side of our building. This requirement will eliminate the portico drive-through and take up to 12-15 parking spaces. This will last for 6 weeks (end of April). The east side trash chutes will be closed until the crane is removed. The week of March 15, the boardwalk re-construction will begin and will take 7 to 10 days to complete. Beach access will be re-routed during this time. Security will have directions for beach access. The building re-coating project will begin in May and take 4 months to complete.
