The adjacent well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all of the gadgets you need to whip up delicious dishes. The kiddos are attended to during your stay with the home's provided Pack-N-Play and crib. Appreciate the fresh mountain air from the home's balcony or deck - also ideal for late-night stargazing opportunities. A restful night's slumber is inevitable each evening as you tuck under the soft linens available in each bedroom. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the interior amenities. A plethora of outdoor recreation opportunities are at your fingertips in and around Florissant! All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
