Things to Know Your parking passes will be automatically reserved once your reservation is confirmed. You will receive an email to the address on file to register your passes with Phoenix West within the week of your arrival. The system will auto-generate the maximum amount of passes your unit allows. Parking pass rates are determined by the HOA, paid to the HOA, and are subject to change at any time without notice.
