Extending your enjoyment of the sunshine, right at your stay you'll have access to community pools - perfect for afternoon dips! Continue to enjoy magnificent views while dining on the screened-in porch with your favorite people and a delicious meal accompanying you. Bright and well-decorated, the spacious layout displays comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. When you aren't cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, stream your favorite shows on the living room's smart TV. Personal smart TVs are also available in each of the bedrooms, all cooled by central air and lined with soft linens. Rounding out the creature comforts, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer. Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice. Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (6 = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.
