We enjoyed hosting so much that we started hosting full-time. We manage our two properties and several others along the gulf coast of Florida. (Krista is a real estate agent licensed in Michigan and Florida. Mike has a broker's license in Michigan) We have 7 kids and 9 grandkids, so we know about big houses. This is our owner/client's personal vacation home. They are rarely able to enjoy it for themselves and so we get to share it with you! We hope you enjoy it! We are very prompt at responding to questions, and hopefully, by the time you arrive we will have provided you with everything you need to know for a wonderful stay. We are available through the app or by phone. We also have staff nearby for any emergencies. And a tablet there with answers to almost any possible question. This is an exclusive home, so we are protective of it, which we hope you can understand. We will require a few additional reservation steps that not every listing requires. You will be directed to our Guest Portal where you must sign a Rental Agreement and purchase a Damage Waiver. We ask you to share our full set of house rules with your group. We like to err on the side of over-communicating to make sure that expectations are accurate for our guests. That only works if you read everything! We have 3 exterior security cameras. They cover the entrances to the home. They are triggered by motion within their view. There are no cameras indoors or aimed at private areas.

Intercoastal, Blackburn Bay waterfront home with boating facilities near Casey Key and Siesta Key. On a point facing the setting sun. This is simply paradise. The pier is long, and the water deep enough to handle most boat docking needs. The large, heated pool is a few steps from the screened lanai and the deck beckons "come watch the sunset";. And while it won't replace one of the large beaches on the key, you can lay or play on our beach hidden by mangroves, and easily launch kayaks, etc. Do you like to vacation together but would still like some privacy? How about 2 king suites on opposite ends of the house, one of which is part of a family suite; with an adjoining room with 2 queen beds and it's own half bath. And then another separate area with 2 bedrooms that is essentially Suite #3 - one king room and one queen room - and a full bath between them. A total of five bedrooms, six beds, and 4 baths. Located in a cul-de-sac along a private drive with no visibility from the street. Plenty of parking on the property with the main driveway and a second drive leading to the carriage house. There is nothing in walking distance, but the mouth of South Creek which leads into Scherer State Park is within easy kayaking distance Casey Key and Siesta Key beaches are all within a short boat ride from your private dock - or a short drive!
