I'm a semi-retired Dad in his early 50s with a finance & IT background. I spent the most productive 25 years of my life confined indoors staring at a computer screen while living in beautiful Miami. (As I'm originally from cold & windy Chicago, palm trees, sand, dolphins/manatees/sea turtles ... and water this beautiful ... it all seemed so exotic to me, these beach houses seemed mythical, a dream almost, not real...) Now that I'm semi-retired, I enjoy "putting butts in beach houses" . . . helping vacationers, families and groups find -- and enjoy -- the amazing "Treasure Coast" area of Southeast Florida, and the incredible towns of Stuart, Jensen Beach and Ft. Pierce. Sharing the dream!

Introducing "Oceania": With 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and heated oceanfront plunge pool, Oceania is a recent-construction luxury beach estate. Also our most family-friendly beach house, Oceania is perfect for kids, seniors and every age between: Little ones can safely enjoy the perfect Florida beach vacation, under the watchful eyes of the county lifeguard stand literally next door. Older family members will appreciate the private elevator and four different king master suites, each with their own private bathroom. Oceania is a great place to bring two or more groups together. Each of the home's two upper floors features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living area/powder room, and kitchen. (The upstairs living area is smaller, with a full kitchenette). Everybody gets together in the primary floor's enormous living area and open kitchen/dining area, where your own private slice of the Atlantic ocean is visible from every corner. And the ground floor is rich with features as well, from a full cabana bath, air-conditioned exercise and TV room, ping-pong table, conversation pit, heated plunge pool, and more. Enjoy our complimentary water toys & recreational items. Kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, fishing & snorkel gear & more. RVs? Room for them, too! MORE THAN 14 ADULTS? The home might be a tight fit.
