This lovely property is new to the rental market in 2023. All four seasons are perfect in this charming direct waterfront home on Lake Pocotopaug! Enjoy incredible views from this 1,430 square foot home. The upper level has a small work area in the main living room with more views, hardwood floors, and a propane fireplace. Enjoy comfy seating in front of the large-screen TV, cozy up in front of the fire, or do a family puzzle at the game table. A stylish barn door leads to two additional bedrooms, one king and one queen, with lake views. A remodeled, updated bathroom rounds out the upstairs. The lower level features an updated kitchen with maple cabinets and new stainless appliances. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen counter or dine in the dining room overlooking the lake. In the back a bedroom with two twin beds (can be combined for a king). Nearby a separate laundry room and a renovated bathroom with spa tub. Outside, guests can enjoy the lakefront decks, with spectacular views. Upstairs the outdoor seating and beautiful views makes the 2nd story deck a perfect place to enjoy your days. The lower decks, sculpted with bluestone and set with cozy furniture and lawn swings, define the cozy coastal vibe. An outdoor wicker dining set lets you eat while you enjoy the sunset. The private dock is out May- September, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. Enjoy taking a kayak to explore the lake right off your dock. Play corn hole on the grass in the backyard or enjoy a campfire around the wood stove and roast s'mores. Sit back and enjoy quiet sunsets every evening, and you won't want to leave!

This lakefront home is in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood belongs to the Princess Pocotopaug community, which shares two lakefront beaches, with swim up raft, sandy beach, and picnic tables a short walk down the street. The private dock and raft for the community beaches and our home are put in the water for high-season May-September. Water-crafts are available for use from our private dock during high-season. Kayaks can also be launched at the small private beaches on Wangonk and South Wangonk in the off season if needed. Parking is limited at this property. Max 3 cars in the driveway. There is limited parking along the street.
