Native Sun has beautiful views of both the ocean and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. With 4,000 square feet, Native Sun is located along Buxtons' beach and very close to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The ground level has beach access, a private pool, a hot tub, showers, and a fish-cleaning table. There are six primary bedrooms with private bathrooms, including one with a roll-in shower/sink; four have deck access. One guest bedroom has access to a semi-private hall bath. A media room/den opens to decking. Topside Native Sun opens to a cathedral ceiling and includes a game table and a professionally decorated living area with a fireplace and an entertainment center. An incredible kitchen with a wet bar, double fridges, dishwashers, and nearby ocean views, and a dining area should satisfy the most demanding chefs. Other perks include a washer/dryer, elevator, a recreation room with a fridge, a wet bar, a pool table, and a media area. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. An optional fee of USD 60 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
