Upon entering this air-conditioned home, guests will come across an inviting living room with a brown leather sofa, a loveseat, and a flatscreen Smart TV. This is a great spot to unwind and share entertaining evenings with your friends! However, if you're more outdoorsy than this, you can gather around the gas grill in the enclosed backyard and barbecue some patties or veggies while sharing a fun conversation. Back inside, the kitchen will be waiting for you with great appliances and plenty of counter space. You will have everything you need to show off your cooking skills and treat your loved ones to tasty, homemade meals. Right by the four-person dining table is the Arizona room, which opens up to the backyard. This gorgeous home has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a convenient desk, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite bath. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
