This rustic mountain home near Lake Junaluska is the perfect choice for a getaway with your family or friends! Its wooden touches throughout the space make you feel like you are living your own mountain fantasy while still being close to plenty of fun attractions, shops, dining options, and the lake. The living room is a great place to gather and hang out with your loved ones. Stream everyone's favorite series or a documentary on the smart TV and get ready for a cozy evening at home. But wait, there is no movie time without snacks! Put on the chef's apron and head over to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare tasty finger foods and snacks for the group. The screened-in porch has been equipped with comfortable furniture, including a large dining table, a round table, and plenty of rocking chairs. Additional amenities include a community outdoor pool and a tennis court! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not for guest use. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
