    House is gorgeous and location is great for traveling to Yosemite. Small town vibe but great neighborhood community that felt safe with a good grocery store and restaurants.

Under 30 miles from Yosemite National Park and under 50 from Stanislaus National Forest, outdoor lovers will rejoice over the plethora of views and trails nearby. Fun under the sun continues right in the neighborhood, as you'll have access to a sandy beach, a lake, kayaks, picnic tables, a playground, tennis courts, and a driving range. After a day filled with adventure quickly get comfortable amidst the home's open layout. Stretch out on the living room's oversized sofa while you stream your favorite show and gaze out at wild turkey and deer graze between the Manzanita and Oak trees. When hunger calls, the fully equipped kitchen displays all new Viking appliances, a hydro water filter system, and ample meal prep space. Pleasantly decorated and equally spacious, the bedrooms present restful sleeping quarters. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having private balcony access, and an attached bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower. Extra features you'll love about the home include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a Pack-N-Play for the littles. Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This home is within a gated community that requires a 50 dollars access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. The home features a backup generator to ensure you will have power in the event of an electrical outage. The gas fireplace is not available for guest use. Max occupancy (6) and max vehicles (2) are strongly enforced. Garage parking only, please do not park on driveway.
