The McMullen Creek Greenway is across the street with miles of walking and running trails. It is also convenient to the highways for getting around Charlotte. The entire two-story townhome is available for guest use with contact free check-in by touchpad smart lock and a custom code provided prior to your arrival. The main living area is a two-story vaulted room with tons of natural light, comfortable seating and coffee table, and a 55" Smart TV for your entertainment. There are two sliding doors on each side of the fire place that lead to the back patio which has seating for four and a giant umbrella, and gas grill for your use. The primary bedroom suite with an attached bathroom and has a king bed, dresser, 47” Smart TV, and two closets. The second bedroom with nearby bathroom has a queen bed, dresser, and two closets.

My wife and I are experienced travelers. I'm a finance professional, avid about sports, the outdoors, and different cultures. I've visited lots of different countries and enjoy meeting new people, trying new foods, and seeing historical and culturally significant sights. Expect a contactless check-in, but we are always available for any issues that may need attention, questions about the townhome, or questions about our beautiful city.

Quiet townhome community that is centrally located in the South Charlotte area. Less than 20 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to Pineville, Southpark, Matthews, and 5 minutes to Ballantyne. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. McAlpine Park 6.5 mile greenway for walking, running, and biking is across the street. This is a suburban area, most will travel by car. There are two shopping centers with restaurants, grocery stores, and various shops with 5-10 minute walks in each direction. Uber and Lyft are also readily available 24/7.
