This is the ideal home for your family, located in the private, amenity-rich community of Pocono Country Place. It features over 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a mini golf course, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds. The home is close to indoor/outdoor water parks (Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, Camelback), skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR, casinos, and more. **Bedroom Configuration:** - Bedroom 1: Full Bed - Bedroom 2: King Bed - Bedroom 3: Queen Bed - Bedroom 4: Full Over Full Bunk Bed - Bedroom 5: Full Bed All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioners are installed in every bedroom. **Community Amenities:** Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and all 4 pools (guest passes are not required for other amenities). Guest passes can be obtained directly at the pool for a fee per person, per day. The community has a new policy requiring guests to get a purple pass at the gate before using the swimming pools. Be sure to get one at the gate by presenting your license and registration. The seasonal outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day with pool hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. **Outdoor Activities:** Tennis, basketball courts, shuffleboard, the private lake beach, and boating are available from May through August. **Outdoor Living:** Deck with a gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining table. **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware, flatware, full knife set. **General:** Free WiFi, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens, towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating, cooling, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. **Parking:** Unlimited driveway parking is available, but you must get a free parking pass at the community entrance.
