The main living area has a gas fireplace and large TV, while the downstairs lounge is perfect for entertaining the kids. Chefs will love the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the large kitchen. The top-floor balcony offers outdoor grilling and forest views. Not in the mood to cook? Head out to nearby restaurants and coffee shops including Frescana Méxican Bistro, Getaway Cafe, and Freel Perk Coffee. Tahoe Paradise Golf Course, Washoe Meadows State Park, and the Truckee River are all just a short drive away. There's plenty to see and do here. Summer months offer hiking, fishing, golf, and kayaking. Winter brings world-class skiing at Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Sierra at Tahoe, while snowmobile rides are available just a few minutes from the house. Nearby dining choices include Mexican food, burgers, and California cuisine. Holiday Market offers a full-service grocery - also located in the immediate neighborhood. INSIDE THE HOUSE This expansive split-level home boasts over 2,780 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms, a bunk room, and two-and-a-half baths. Traveling with kids or teens who want their own space? There's a second living area in addition to the main space, with a flat screen TV. Whoever's on cooking duty won't find it a chore in the spectacular chef's kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and handsome granite countertops. There's also an outdoor gas grill for those who prefer their meals alfresco.
